LEE Yi Zhang wins the Global Food Maker Award at Panpan Cup

The FoodAI Group member Yi Zhang Lee has been awarded Third Place at the 6th Global Food Maker Award - Panpan Cup for the project entitled “PeptideAI – An AI-Driven Platform for Multifunctional Bioactive Peptide Screening and Development.”

The project presents an advanced artificial intelligence–powered platform designed to accelerate the discovery, screening, and development of multifunctional bioactive peptides. PeptideAI enables efficient prediction of peptide functionality and supports the development of next-generation functional food ingredients with potential applications in health, nutrition, and sustainable food innovation.
