Dachuan Zhang Appointed Associate Editor of Food Safety and Health

Dr. Dachuan Zhang recently delivered a talk at the 6th ICFSN Symposium on Food Nutrition and Health, held in Chengdu, China. His presentation focused on the role of artificial intelligence (AI) in food safety and nutrition, highlighting how AI-driven approaches can enhance research and practical applications in the field.

During the conference, Dr. Zhang was also appointed as an Associate Editor of Food Safety and Health (Wiley), a journal covering a broad range of research in food safety and health-related topics. In this role, he will contribute to the journal’s mission by reviewing and guiding research that advances scientific understanding and practical solutions in food safety.
