Dachuan Zhang appointed Associate Editor of the Journal of the American Oil Chemists’ Society

Dr. Dachuan Zhang has been appointed Associate Editor of the Journal of the American Oil Chemists’ Society (JAOCS, Wiley), with responsibility for Artificial Intelligence and Data Science.

In this role, Dr. Zhang will support the journal in advancing emerging applications of AI-enabled scientific discovery.

JAOCS is the flagship research journal of the American Oil Chemists’ Society (AOCS), publishing research across fats, oils, lipids, proteins, surfactants, and related areas of science and technology.
