Food Informatics and Artificial Intelligence (FoodAI) Group

At the FoodAI Group, our mission is to develop, apply, and refine AI-driven tools and methodologies to enhance our food systems. We are also dedicated to developing fundamental data infrastructure, enabling data-driven insights and fostering AI applications.

We believe creating responsible AI in food systems is akin to grinding flour on a mill—it requires not only talent but, more importantly, patience and a spirit of craftsmanship.
